Joel is thrilled to be traveling to a time of Jet battles and Converse shoes. Joel comes to West Side Story from a busy fall spent in Toronto where he performed in RAPA’s production of Little Women as Laurie. Right before Christmas, Joel, along with Amanda Assalone, produced and performed in Christmas for a Cause which was an incredible success. Earlier this year Joel was blessed with the opportunity to train with the greatest as a finalist on the CBC talent competition, Triple Sensation. Joel’s other work in Vancouver includes shows with Footlight, RCMT, The Vancouver Playhouse, Blockhead Productions, The Surrey Arts Centre, Centre Stage Productions, Broadway Bound and the Lindbjerg Academy. Joel is forever grateful to his mentors, family, parents, to Margarita who will forever be the topping to his snow cone, and above all to the big guy in the sky who is making this little guy’s dreams come true.
