Imported from small town Boissevain, Manitoba, Megan is a recent graduate of the Canadian College of Performing Arts’ Advanced Diploma Program, and is thoroughly enjoying her first year in the Vancouver theatre scene: CCPA credits include Lulu in Cabaret (CCPA); Nell in The Old Curiosity Shop and Belle in Beauty and the Beast. Post graduation, Megan worked on the original musical, Skis and Skates, with the Gold Fever Follies Can-Can Revue as Choreographer/Dance Captain, appeared as a Storyteller through Pacific Opera Victoria’s School Outreach program, and spent one month learning Handspring Puppetry with members of Toronto/Germany’s War Horse cast. This past winter, Megan appeared in both A Christmas Story (Ensemble) and Annie (Cecile/Appleseller) with Align Entertainment, and works as a TOC Dance Instructor with the Lindbjerg Academy. In her relished spare time, Megan enjoys running outdoors, cooking breakfast, crocheting scarves, eating cereal, and spending time with family. As always, LOVE + HUGS to my prairie peeps, Winnipeg fam, Mom, Dad, Chloe and Penny. Jesus lives. This one’s for you Grandpa.
